MULTI-PHASE SUSTAINABILITY PLAN FOR RACE BROOK LODGE (RBL) & STAGECOACH INN AND RESTAURANT

Undermountain Hospitality contracted with TERRA to design and deploy fully integrated, sustainable technologies, systems and solutions to their Race Brook Lodge’s infrastructure.

Project Goals Included:

• Geothermal Heat Pump integration
• Steam Pressure Enhancing Units (Where Appropriate)
• LED Lighting (Throughout)
• Hot Water (Replace Hot Water Heaters with Flash / On-Demand Heaters)
• Investigate & Recommend Green Energy Local, State & Federal Incentive Programs
• Solar and / or Wind & Energy Storage Systems (Potentially Grid-Tied for Excess Energy
• Generation)
• Container Farms (To Augment Current Organic Outdoor Grow)
• Light Electric Utility Vehicles for Grounds & EV Charging Stations for Guests
• Marketing, Storytelling & Investment Activity Support

Project Activities Included:

• Build Out Sustainable Design Plan
• Define Project Scope, Including Determination of Cost & Savings Estimate/s
• Provide Project Documentation
• Handle All Administration, etc., Including:
• Schedule Site Visits
• Arrange for Work to be Conducted
• Oversee Implementation & Installation on Per Building & System Basis
• Perform Quality-Check on Installation Against Project Requirements
