We build — Terra Axis, PBC (Operating Business)
Terra Axis, PBC is a public benefit company providing Business Advisory and Technology & AI Solutions, including the Growth Initiative program, and advancing Terra Axis conservation and stewardship commitments. When you engage Terra Axis for services, Terra Axis, PBC is the service provider.
We steward — Terra Axis Funds, LLC (General Partner) and Terra Axis Fund Management, LLC (Fund Management Company)
Terra Axis Funds, LLC and Terra Axis Fund Management, LLC are expected to provide, as applicable, fund governance, management, and day-to-day investment-platform operations, subject to the governing documents of each applicable fund. Together with Terra Axis, PBC, they operate under Terra Axis Holdings, LLC.
We invest — Terra Axis Fund I, LP
Terra Axis Fund I, LP is being organized as to provide eligible investors with access to the Terra Axis investment approach through the strategy funds described below, subject to applicable law, investor eligibility, definitive offering documents, and acceptance by the applicable fund. Terra Axis may consider additional investment vehicles in the future, but no such vehicle is currently being offered.

Each strategy fund is being organized and prepared for launch. Its strategy, terms, structure, availability, and investment activities remain subject to change and will be governed solely by its definitive documents.
Where the activities meet
Companies that engage Terra Axis, PBC, including Growth Initiative participants, may be considered for investment by the Terra Axis Growth Initiative Fund, LP or another applicable strategy fund only through a separate and independent investment process. A services relationship creates no right to, expectation of, or obligation to make an investment. Any investment decision will be made by the applicable investment vehicle in accordance with its governing documents, investment mandate, conflicts policies, fiduciary obligations, and applicable law.
